SILAKA in partnership with MODE and collaboration with Joint Procurement Monitoring Committee (JPMC) in order to implement the project of “Strengthening Procurement at the Sub-national Level (SPSL) in Kompong Thom province which funded by CIPE will conduct 3rd year retreat under the theme of “Reviewing the outcomes for third year and developing master plan 2016” on 03rd to 05th August 2015 at Gold Lion hotel in Preah Sihanouk province, Cambodia. The objectives are
- To review the outcomes for third year from all implementers that involved in this project;
- To develop a master plan for JPMC to do next year in 2016;
- To take this opportunity to build strong relation among provincial governors, local authorities, private sectors and civil society group;
- To coordinate and manage main role and responsibility for implementers who are implemented SPSL project.
